1. The Service

GenieGeo automates social media content creation, scheduling, publishing, and engagement for local businesses by using data you provide and third‑party data sources you authorize.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and authorized to manage any accounts you connect.
• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for actions taken using your account and connected platforms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled.
• Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law; you may cancel at any time effective at the next billing period.
• Taxes and third‑party fees (e.g., carrier SMS) may apply.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or hateful content.
• No spam or platform policy violations. You must comply with third‑party terms (e.g., Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use).
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.

5. Third‑Party Services

Certain features depend on third parties (e.g., Meta/Instagram APIs, event/weather providers, SMS vendors). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third‑party outages or changes.

6. Content & IP

• You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant GenieGeo a license to process, display, and publish that content to deliver the Service.
• The Service, software, and brand assets are owned by GenieGeo.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, reach, or revenue.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenieGeo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse. Upon termination, certain sections (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law) survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
